Best straplocks I've ever used, they are a permanent and immediate addition on every single bass I own. I wouldn't be without them, especially live!

I have used these strap locks on numerous guitars over the years and i was pleased and surprised to see that Schaller had made some improvements. The fastening screws are now tightened by allen screw and thumb type nuts are used for the strap fixings. All in all these items are condiderably more heavy duty. Nice to see some thought has gone into an already good product.

I previously had a pair of strap locks included with a new Fender bass. They lasted no time at all. They had the Fender logo, so I thought they would be OK. Wrong! One fell apart. These Schaller locks are much better.

Every guitar and bass I own has Schaller strap locks. Apart from the safety aspect, I can quickly change from one to another without changing the strap. The new design, with knurled screw and grub screw is much nearer, but importantly they work with the originals too.

These straplocks are now on every bass I own, after some nasty scares with some cheaper ones. These are the ones I trust to keep my basses where they're supposed to be, and they do that fantastically along with being easy to install and use!
