The Classic Design series rounds out with the CB-60SCE, an acoustic bass that goes above and beyond anything in its class. This model makes use of the same slim-taper, easy-to-play neck profile found on all Classic Design guitars. Its solid spruce top and mahogany back and sides complement the concert-sized body for a smooth and articulate low end. The perfect companion for an ‘unplugged’ session, the CB-60SCE comes equipped with a flexible Fishman® electronics system that’s well-suited to the stage or studio.

Here was me expecting Fenders at a grand or more, then here comes this wee acoustic at ~£260...belter. Can't get enough.

I would have expected to pay more for this instrument. It looks, feels and sounds great.

Great guitar. Lovely sound. Perfect model to dip your toe in the acoustic bass market. You can always trust Fender!

Ross D. - 30/1/2022

A very nice bass guitar for the money, sounds nice and the electrics are simple and function well. It plays well. I marked it down a star because mine has a piece of grit or dust stuck under the scratch plate which you can see as a bump in the light and takes away from the otherwise perfect black gloss finish. That said I don't notice it now. I play it which is the main thing..

It looks great and the sound is good too. I was surprised to see that it is an electro acoustic bass and not purely acoustic.

Daniele G. - 27/8/2020

Xmas present so not been played as yet
