To give the best sound possible, the SDR-28 features a solid Sitka Spruce top with solid Indian Rosewood back and sides. A classic tonewood combo for acoustics and no expense spared here, no laminates all solid wood perfect for a resonant tone that give the guitar a very alive feeling.

Grover Tuners

You can't go wrong with some trusty Grover tuning machines, the SDR-28 features Nickel open-gear Grovers. Keeping you in tune as long as you play, these tuners add to the classic look of the instrument.

Ebony Fingerboard & Bridge

Adding to the premium feel here is the Fingerboard and Bridge both made in rich dark ebony. Known for both it's looks and tone, this smooth dark wood adds a brilliant snap to your tone and feels great under your hands too.

Customer reviews

Overall Rating 5/5 (1 reviews)

Amazing Guitar for the price, compared the sound to my dad's 40 year old Martin HD 28 and sound is very close to the Martin which will only get better over Time. The price point is amazing as you not only geting an all solid wood guitar for under £1000 you get a decent well padded gig bag with it as well. Setup out of the box was really good. The neck is a nice shape and is easy to play. I love the satin finish on the neck. The finish on Guitar looks professional done and not to thick. Overall if you want a Martin but for an affordable price, get this guitar you're going to love it. Shipping came next day with no extra charge and was very well packaged. 10 out of 10 for this product!
