What we say:

At A Glance:

The Gibson Pre-War SJ-200 Rosewood Light Aged Vintage Sunburst is an old timey take on Gibson's "King of the Flat Tops." From its first appearance in 1937, Gibson’s SJ-200 acoustics have set an unmatched standard. With its huge volume and great tone, the SJ-200 has been able to deliver on impressive sound created by it's super jumbo sized body and quality tone woods, such as the Thermally Aged Red Spruce Top and Rosewood back and sides.

Features We Love:

Exceptional Projection

If you're looking for volume from your guitar, look no further. The SJ-200 was designed to produce roaring volume while playing. With all that extra wood there is plenty more space for the sound to reverberate, producing a big and bold sound that is unobtainable on smaller bodied guitars.

Pre-War SJ-200 Recreation

AS the post-Depression economy weakened, demand for the top-of-the-line SJ-200 was limited, and production numbers were relatively low. Today, those rare rosewood-bodied pre-war SJ-200 models are in high demand among collectors and command a premium on the vintage guitar marketplace. Now, Gibson introduces the Pre-War SJ-200 Rosewood Light Aged, a faithful recreation of those exalted pre-war vintage Super Jumbo models.

Who Is It For?
