For 2025, we’re expanding our family of U.S.-made, all-solid-wood 12-string guitars with a handful of inspiring new models featuring our comfortable, player-favorite cutaway Grand Auditorium body—a shape that has been underrepresented among our 12-strings in recent years. The Grand Auditorium’s mid-sized dimensions give it a musical versatility that translates well into a 12-string configuration—big enough to produce a full voice with pleasing depth, while also articulate and balanced in a way that showcases the rich octave detail. It also tracks well for recording and fits superbly in a mix with other instruments.

Voiced with our tone-enhancing V-Class bracing, these new models are offered in several wood pairings across four series in our line: the sapele/spruce 300 Series, the Indian rosewood/spruce 400 and 800 Series, and the Honduran rosewood/Adirondack spruce Presentation Series.

Our 800 Series 12-string guitars have a legacy dating back to the 1970s when artists like Neil Young favored them for their playability and jangly, shimmering sound. The 854ce features expertly selected Indian rosewood back and sides paired with a Sitka spruce top in a glossfinished body with a radius-style rosewood armrest for an even more welcoming feel. Mother-of-pearl Element inlays, a green abalone rosette, Hard Rock maple binding and a rosewood pickguard round out the stylish visual aesthetic.
