Along with a more angled headstock, the Alvarez bi-level bridge increases string tension by changing the angle of the strings from the saddle to the top more acute. By improved the stability of the string tension, this adds to the guitars sound, responsiveness and tonal quality, heightened to a higher level with a nut and saddle made out of real bone
