The original Soloist design was crucial in reviving the long-forgotten OM body shape - a testament to how great this body shape is, and the addition of a soft cutaway allows for better fret access without negatively affecting the tone or look.
All Bourgeois Touchstone series guitars are incredible-sounding instruments, thanks to the hand-voicing process. The incredible luthiers at Bourgeois use a process called tap-tuning - by listening to the wood they are able to use their wealth of experience to know where and how to hand-carve the bracing in all the right places until it delivers the perfect tone. The Aged Tone Sitka Spruce top adds even more resonance and liveliness.
