The Fender Custom Shop presents the Limited Edition '72 Telecaster® Custom Thinline Relic®, a stunning guitar that combines vintage aesthetics from different eras of the Telecaster. The lightweight, resonant body is crafted from select 2-piece roasted ash with tortoise binding around the body.
The roasted 3A flame maple neck features a ’63 Strat Style “C” Back Shape and is paired with a premium 3A rosewood fingerboard, adorned with elegant mother-of-pearl dot inlays. The Wide-Range CuNiFe® humbucking pickup in the neck position delivers rich, full-bodied tones, while the Custom Shop Hand-Wound Loaded '51 Nocaster® bridge pickup offers classic Telecaster bite and twang.
Other premium features include a 9.5” Radius, 21 Medium Vintage Frets (47095), Bone Nut, Three-Saddle Custom “Chopped” Telecaster® Bridge with Custom Shop RSD Saddles, Vintage-Style "F" Tuners. American Vintage ’59-‘64 String Tree, Deluxe Hardshell Case, Strap, Certificate of Authenticity.
