The Ray35 body is contoured for playing comfort. The maple neck is attached via a solid 6 bolt neck joint. We use a swamp ash for the body that is light weight for percussive lows, subtle mids and expansive highs.

Body: 4 out of 5 - Item shows some mild and/or minor signs of use such as superficial swirling or hazing to the finish. There are no substantial dings, dents or scuffs which break the finish.
Neck: 4 out of 5 - The frets are in good order and the instrument plays cleanly and intonates accurately across the fingerboard.
Additional Information: This bass came to us in excellent condition. No dings, scratches or hazing. Still has the stock pickguard plastic unpeeled.
This guitar has been restrung with D'Addario strings.
