About Strymon Overdrive & Distortion Pedals

Strymon Overdrive & Distortion Pedals are able to take the best of the analog and digital worlds with a JFET input gain stage and pair it with carefully modelled DSP to create complex and dynamic overdrive with responsive tones and instantly gratifying control. Digital circuitry allows Strymon to provide maximal usable control with custom tuned voicing and tone control ranges optimized for different settings, meaning the tone knob always feels useful and impactful.

Strymon give you the choice between transparent analog buffered bypass or electromechanical relay switching with a high impedance mono input and ultra low noise, making their pedals easy to integrate into any rig. With an expression pedal you can have a simultaneous morphing control over all the parameters or use it as a smooth volume control for volume swells.

The Riverside offers a tube-like experience with expansive EQ and channel b boost circuit. From mildy clipped transparent tones to smooth and dynamic overdrive or full-on thick saturation it is maybe the ultimate overdrive pedal.
