Korg nanoKONTROL 2 is a series of portable USB controllers for use as part of your home recording setup. Each Korg nanoKONTROL allows you various levels of real-time control over your DAW software, including transport control (play, stop etc), channel faders, muting and more. These controllers work with virtually all of the main DAWs and can be assigned different functionality depending on how you plan to use them in your workflow. Each Korg nanoKONTROL is powered by USB or batteries with no external power supply required. These are highly portable units that will fit in a laptop bag.

Korg nanoKONTROL DAW controllers offer an extremely portable yet versatile way to control software on your computer and iOS devices. nanoKONTROL is available in two variations:

  • nanoKONTROL 2: Slimline USB bus powered controller that features faders and pots for mixing and automating software, as well as play controls for use with your favourite DAW.
  • nanoKONTROL Studio: Extensive control over your software and apps via the high-quality faders, pots and jog wheel. It features extended play and record controls for use with your DAW. The Kontrol Studio can be powered via USB or via two AAA batteries when connected via Bluetooth. Bluetooth connectivity offers wireless control over the Korg Gadget and Apple Garageband apps, as well as any other compatible software. The Kontrol Studio offers automapping for the following software packages: KORG Gadget, Logic, GarageBand (Mac OS), Live, Cubase, Studio One, Sonar, Pro Tools, and Digital Performer.

Both the Korg  nanoKONTROL 2 and nanoKONTROL Studio mapping settings are editable via the included Korg Kontrol Editor software package. Also included are plugins for both iOS devices and Mac and Windows computers, including the Digital Synsations synthesizer package, Korg Module Le, Korg M1 Le, and Propellerhead Reason Lite to name but a few.
