Customer reviews

Overall Rating 4.9/5 (19 reviews)

It’s lovely to be recognised as a regular customer when I walked in. The chap on the tills was Andy, who I’ve always found to be super helpful and enthusiastic. He set me up in a booth and made sure I had a supply of wonderful guitars to try. Excellent service!

Paul C. - 21/2/2026

GREAT MAKE OF STRINGS I HAVE USED THEM FOR 20 YEARS

Colin H. - 30/1/2026

Guitar Guitar staff in Birmingham England are very helpful and knowledgeable.

David R. - 6/12/2024

Very nice strings, not a big jump up from 10-46, and still relatively easy for bends on a Gibson scale. The string coating seems great so far.

Gareth M. - 12/11/2024

Great service.

Stephen J. - 29/9/2024

David P. - 7/5/2024

They feel good and they sound good.

M R. - 19/3/2024

I use D’addario 11s on all my guitars. The silk and steel 11s I have on my 12 string are the best. The Gretsch guitar is not too bad either. Will get a better idea end of October

Brian D. - 7/9/2023

Didn’t buy a guitar. Just had my Telecaster set up.

Barry M. - 19/6/2022

Haven’t used them yet but am sure they will be fine
