Super-Cardioid
Most hand mics feature a cardioid polar pattern, the M2 however, features a super-cardioid pattern. Generally reserved for premium mics, super-cardioid offers a more focussed sound, with less pickup from the sides of the microphone. This works especially well for use on loud stages and for capturing soft singing without the risk of feedback.
