From the V-shaped ‘Vertical Winged’ headstock down this guitar screams Gretsch luxury! Black and Gold is always awesome but Black and Gold Sparkle beats it for the win! The Gold Sparkle binding is, like much of the other detail on here, taken from the Falcon electric guitars. Being that they are regarded as amongst the most beautiful guitars of all time, that’s no bad thing!
This well-heeled Gretsch has a solid Spruce top and laminated Maple for the back and sides. This combination works with the Jumbo body size to create a loud, well-projecting sound that is full and percussive, perfect for singer songwriters who want to make a statement on stage!
To that end, Gretsch have fitted a Fishman Isys + system to deliver excellent live acoustic sound for you. A side panel gives you control over your volume, tone and even a tuner!
