I couldn't find a specific case for my Gretsch 5622T on the Net, but it occurred to me that the 2622T was the same basic instrument with a different spec, and Gretsch cases dedicated to that model were freely available. The case is a perfect fit. It is well-made, with a robust outer shell and a plush, cushioned interior. The only thing it doesn't have is a lock, but what's the point? - if someone wants the guitar, a lock isn't going to stop them ... they'll just break open the case. My only thought is - "why doesn't Gretsch Market the case as being suitable for both the 2622T AND the 5622T?".
