Fully-fledged Production Suite
Don't let it’s size fool you! The MC-101 is a fully equipped production suite, with a fantastic 4 track sequencer, great effects and editing tools. There are plenty of great sounds built-in, and the ability to load user samples via SD card. You can create finished songs with the MC-101 on it’s own, or you can integrate it with your DAW via a single USB cable. This makes the MC-101 very handy for laying down ideas on the go, and later bringing them into your main setup if you are a DAW user.
Legendary Roland Sounds
The MC-101 features sounds from various classic instruments, such as the Juno-106 and SH-101 synthesizers, and TR-808 and TR-909 drum machines. These instruments can be heard in a tremendous amount of music, and having their sounds in a pocket-sized groovebox is a powerful tool!
Compact and Portable
The MC-101 weighs less than a kilogram, and can easily fit in a backpack. It can run off of four AA batteries, meaning that you can pop in some headphones and create music anywhere you go. Making music on the morning train commute? Yes please!
