This Ibanez YY20 finished in a dazzling Orange Cream Sparkle has been created in collaboration with Covet guitar player Yvette Young. For her signature guitar, Yvette wanted a guitar that would work well for her technical fingerstyle of playing, and the Seymour Duncan pickups, slimline neck, Gotoh hardtail bridge and locking tuners lend to precision playing. The guitar also features Luminescent side dots that help with finding your way around the neck on dark stages, and of course, that striking sparkle finish. This is one of the most unique signature guitars we've seen and think it perfectly straddles that fine line between flamboyant and understated.

The pair of Seymour Duncan® Alnico II Pro pickups have been voiced to give a slightly vintage style character that works beautifully for Yvette's modern tone. With exceptional clarity, the Alnico II Pro single coils capture the nuance of each fingerpick and tap on cleaner tones, but can also maintain their detail when overdriven.
Gotoh Hardware
With a Gotoh hardtail bridge and locking tuners, the YY20 offers the dependable tuning stability that's essential for technical playing when using cleaner tones.
Signature Tuning
A key element of Yvette's sound is the FACGBE tuning she likes to use. The guitar has been set up to work with this unique tuning and the broader range of tones it has to offer.
