Nile's secret weapon and longtime musical companion has been his 1960 Fender hardtail Stratocaster that he bought in a Miami music shop. An endless source of inspiration and a real workhorse, it has been recreated here in the form of the Fender Hitmaker. With period-correct features and signature pickups, this is an accurate recreation that will allow musicians to experience some of that special magic with undeniable style.

Just like Nile's own 1960 Strat, this Hitmaker has a distinctive smaller body with a more contoured shape, making it extremely comfortable to play. Also keeping with the accuracy is the Olympic White finish; a colour change that Nile made to his guitar back when Chic was still building a name for themselves.

Hitmaker Nile Rogers Strat Pickups

This signature set of single-coil pickups has been specially voiced to provide an authentic recreation of the sound from Nile's Strat. Those gorgeous crystal clear cleans and percussive funky dynamics really shine through thanks to the voicing of these pickups.

Signature Touches

Fans of Nile Rodgers (that's everyone, right?) will love the personal touches on the Hitmaker. These include a "Nile Rodgers & Chic" logo on the back of the headstock and also a custom Htimaker logo which can be found on the neck plate. Just enough to let you know that this guitar comes from greatness with the original being the source of so many incredible songs.
