Every instrument i have bought from guitar guitar has had issues except one which was ok. I had to send one back for exchange due to faulty switch replacement wasn't in original packaging leading to think it was a customer return another had visible marks which suggested it was a shop floor model again not in original packing and last one was immaculate though had a slightly bent volume pot and no paperwork so my experience with guitar guitar has been less than perfect. Customer service have been helpful when contacted but clearly guitar guitar sell shop floor models and customer returns as new instruments.
