The GV GOG (Godfather of Gospel) basses, approved by Markbass top-artist Andrew Gouchè, feature two new J-style Markbass Noiseless pickups that are very touch-responsive, giving a super defined and accurate tone without hum noise even if selected one at time, with separate volume control for each of them and a simple tone (low-pass filter) control to roll off highs. The J-style body is made selected alder, finished in two new amazing color options: Blue Sky or Red Passion.

A world-renowned bassist, musical director, producer and composer, Markbass top-artist Andrew Goucè is best known for his creatively original bass lines and a unique, distinctive sound that bass players around the world have sought to emulate. Andrew has been tagged as a Godfather of Gospel bassist, hence the name of these new fantastic GOG basses that have been approved by him.

The new Markbass Noiseless pickups featured on the GV GOG basses gives you a punchy, fat and round sound. They are very responsive, with natural attack and with a super definite and accurate tone, without the noise produced by the 50-60 cycle hum even if selected one at time.
