Features We Love:

Handmade

The Professional series is a handmade line, built in Maine, USA. Designed with the working musician in mind, each guitar is built with carefully voiced bracing, premium tonewoods, and Bourgeois own bolt on neck system which ensures fantastic tonal clarity, warmth, and long life serviceability. Brand name quality tuners from the likes of Schaller combined with premium woods, and hand crafted quality make the professional series one of the most playable acoustics you can find.

Classic Tonewoods

Combining the best of classic tonewoods and the L-DBO shape for maximum sound projection. Sitka spruce top with mahogany back and sides and you have a full range tone that is perfect for performers and working musicians. The spruce provides the crisp highs and presence that let this guitar shine in the mix while the mahogany provides the warm, driving mid-range tone that creates a solid foundation for any track. The L-DBO shape helps focus the sound of these tonewoods, keeping it punchy and clear, while also being great for solo plays as there is no overwhelming bass sound which can be found on larger body styles.

Designed by Dana

These guitars are designed by one of the world's top acoustic guitar builders, Dana Bourgeois, so you know at its heart it's got the pedigree of a truly classic instrument. For decades Dana has been building instruments and earned his name as one of the top builders around thanks to his unique fine tuning of individual timber pieces and manufacturing instruments that deliver a high quality tone fit for some of the world's top musicians. Dana Bourgeois' ethos and identity is built into every guitar, making every instrument live up to the world class quality he is known for.
