Victory Amplification proudly unveils the newest addition to their Deputy Series ‘The Deputy Lunchbox Head”.

Since the launch of the original Deputy Compact Head in January 2024, this collaboration between Victory and Peter Honore (Danish Pete) has gained a lot of attention to it’s no frills, pure tone-in-a-box nature including Guitarist Magazine’s ‘Choice’ and Premier Guitar’s ‘Premier Gear’ awards.

We’ve taken all the features of the original Deputy and reimagined them in our renowned Victory Lunchbox format. Built in our UK factory with exceptional craftsmanship and premium components, the Deputy Lunchbox retains the full functionality of the Deputy Compact Head while offering a refined, contemporary appeal.

Housed in our signature rugged steel chassis, this single-channel amplifier is remarkably versatile. Its front panel features a Bright switch, a three-way Voice switch, full EQ controls, Gain, Master Volume, and an FX loop, allowing for precise tonal shaping. The built-in shimmering Reverb enhances everything from subtle ambience to fully immersive soundscapes.

Powered by 2 x EL86 valves, the Deputy Lunchbox delivers 25 watts of rich, dynamic Victory valve tone—compact, powerful, and built for the modern player.

SINGLE CHANNEL DESIGN

The Deputy’s single channel effortlessly spans from 60’s British Clean to 70’s Classic Rock with a single gain control. This amp is straightforward and perfect for seamlessly transitioning your guitar’s volume from clean to crunch to lead gain. With 25 Watts of power, you’ll enjoy ample clean headroom.

THREE POSITION VOICE SWITCH

The Deputy features a three-position Voice switch designed to provide maximum versatility by adding a bit of extra gain. In Position 1 (top), you get the lowest gain setting. In Position 2 (middle), you enjoy a maximum of +6dB gain, influenced by the Gain settings on the amp. Position 3 adds upper mid frequencies and a treble boost to Voice 2.

SIMPLE POWERFUL EQ

The Deputy has a simple three band EQ that is in-line with the amp’s simple, yet versatile aesthetics and sound.

BRIGHT SWITCH

The bright control is a simple switch to add some top end, allowing you to shape the sound of whatever you use before the amp exactly the way you want it.

SERIES EFFECTS LOOP

A series effects loop is available for effects fans. It’s completely out of the circuit when bypassed.

EXTERNAL BIAS TEST POINTS

No need to fiddle about inside when you change output valves. The Deputy will be fitted with EL86s as standard but can be biased to use EL84’s too.

Deputy V112 Lunchbox Guitar Cabinet

Designed to pair perfectly with our Lunchbox heads, this ultra-compact 1x12 cabinet delivers powerful tone in a lightweight 8.8kg package. Measuring just 370mm x 210mm x 343mm, it’s the ideal solution for players seeking a portable yet punchy rig for valve or digital setups.

The perfect accompaniment to any of our Lunchbox heads, these new cabinets measure 370mm x 210mm x 343mm and weigh just 8.8kg to give the player an ultra compact, lightweight yet powerful alternative to any other valve or digital rig.

SPEAKER CHARACTERISTICS

The Seventy 80 is detailed and crisply defined with a tightly controlled low-end and punchy aggressive upper mid-range. The top-end response is also subtly increased. Used singly in pairs or quartets – it is capable of reproducing a wide range of sounds and styles whilst adding the undeniable Celestion character to any amp.
