Condition Report

At guitarguitar, we award our used gear a grade from 1-5 according to its overall condition, with 5 being the best. 

This item was appraised as follows: 

Body: 3 out of 5 - Instrument has been used and shows evidence of its life in the forms of checking, chips and other superficial wear and tear. Metal parts and hardware may be mildly tarnished or stained and cosmetically imperfect. 

Neck: 4 out of 5 - The frets are in good order and the instrument plays cleanly and intonates accurately across the fingerboard.

Additional Information: This guitar has come to us in a great condition for its age. There is evidence of play with small marks around the body. Surrounding the pickguard there are small marks breaking the finish as well as on the base of the top. The back has a few small signs of buckle rash but no major damage. There are a few small chips on the binding at the back and sides too. A small split that has been repaired sits on the side by the cutaway.

The neck is in a fantastic condition with the exception of a small mark by the first fret on the bass side of the neck. There is very little wear to the frets with plenty of life left. On the top of the headstock there a few small marks.

This guitar has been restrung with D'Addario strings.

This item has been modified as follows:The Taylor battery compartment has been replaced with an internal sound hole battery holder.
