What we say:

At A Glance:

The Schecter KM-7 MK-III Keith Merrow signature is a machine engineered for the tones and styles required by a metal virtuoso. Built for speed the KM-7 melds signature pickups, Hipshot hardware and a neck-through construction to create a no-nonsense guitar that will endure the heaviest of playing.

Features We Love:

Signature Pickups

The Keith Merrow signature set by Fishman has been designed to handle a wide range of dynamics and tones. As a growing force in the instrumental metal world, Keith required a pickup set that could handle clean and distorted tones, lower tunings and discordant chords whilst remaining clear and precise. The result is one of the best pickup combinations we've heard for heavy guitar.

Hipshot Hardware

Hipshot has a growing reputation for precision hardware and the bridge and tuners on this guitar are no exception. The Griplock tuners make string changes and adjustments a breeze and allow you to lock the string in place to eliminate tuning instability, while the Ibby HM bridge uses string through construction to promote resonance and sustain.

Highlights:

  • Fishman pickups
  • Hipshot hardware
