The expert craftspeople at the Gibson Custom Shop have rendered every contour, profile, inlay and colour of the priceless vintage ES™ models in magnificent detail. The result is a playing and ownership experience that will keep you coming back for more.
The 1961 Reissue models utilize rounded cutaways, SlimTaper™ neck profiles scanned from originals, dot inlays and vintage-replica parts. It also features Ultra Light Aging by the skilled artisans of the Murphy Lab. The Murphy Lab Ultra Light Aged finish treatment, paired with lightly aged hardware, simulates decades of light play wear, giving it the unique character, vibe, and feel of an original example from the Gibson Golden Era.

Body: 4 out of 5 - Item shows some mild and/or minor signs of use such as superficial swirling or hazing to the finish. There are no substantial dings, dents or scuffs which break the finish.
Neck: 4 out of 5 - The frets are in good order and the instrument plays cleanly and intonates accurately across the fingerboard.
This guitar has been restrung with D'Addario strings.
