The guitarguitar team flew out to sunny California to meet with Bob Taylor himself and hand-select woods for the best possible tone and aesthetics. Our guitars sport such tonewoods as Master Grade Koa, Cocobolo and Sinker Redwood to name a few.

Launch Event
Our Taylor Custom Build guitars launch party will be led by guitarguitar acoustic expert, Steve Gray, who has worked closely with Bob Taylor and Andy Powers in creating this luxurious model range. Steve will chat about the Custom Build process with trivia on the trip to the factory, why the specific woods were selected as well as what makes these guitars so special.
We will also air a special screening of our demo playthrough of these exceptional models where you can hear the sonic differences of our hand-selected tonewoods.
Steve will take questions from the audience upon the end of the evening when attendees will have the opportunity to be the first in the UK to play and purchase these outstanding instruments.
