Metalheads, save the date: the Greek power metal shredder Gus G. ascends at guitarguitar Camden for a one-off Jackson guitar clinic on the 10th of February!
Meet the Artist
If you aren’t familiar with Gus G., I guarantee you would have heard his ferocious playing on Ozzy Osbourne’s album Scream or his live show. Gus G. is one one the most respected metal guitarists of the last 2 decades. Aside from serving the Prince of Darkness, Gus has also toured with Arch Enemy, Dream Evil, as a solo artist (check out album Am I the Fire) and with his own, Thessalonican metal ensemble, Firewind.
The Clinic
Gus G. will host an electrifying guitar clinic at our Camden store in association with Jackson guitars - whom he endorses. Jackson fans will no doubt recognise his super-spiky signature model the Gus G. Star! Attendees can expect a hurricane of intricate playthroughs along with a demo of chosen techniques Gus is known for. But that’s not all - the brave souls who’d like to try their hand at freshly learnt chops will be welcome to jam with Gus and receive feedback from the man himself! Don’t get too carried away, we don’t want to start a moshpit ;)
At the end of the event, Gus will be happy to answer any questions from the audience and snap a photo or two.
The Details
The Gus G. guitar clinic is hosted in association with Jackson guitars and will take place on Monday the 10th of February at 7:00 pm at guitarguitar Camden.
