Have you heard the news? The mighty METALLICA will be heading to the UK next year on tour!
Okay, we know that Hetfield and co are heading to Birmingham next month (along with every other AAA name in metal) for the final Sabbath show, but how many people even got a chance to buy a ticket for that?
No, this is a full-on Metallica tour to support their M72 record, and they’ll be stopping in at the following UK/Irish locations next summer:
- Thu 19th & Sat 21st June: Dublin, Avia Stadium, Ireland
- Wed 25th: Glasgow, Hampden Park, Scotland
- Sat 28th: Cardiff, Principality Stadium, Wales
- Thu 3rd & 5th June: London, London Stadium, England
Now for some extra news: the support bands are STELLAR! Depending on the show, you’ll either get Gojira AND Knocked Loose, or you’ll get PANTERA and Avatar!!!!! Wow!
Tickets go on general sale on May 30th, with a fan club pre-sale on the 27th. Good luck scoring tickets, and we’ll see you in the moshpit!
