There's no getting past the beauty of this Koa wood. Top, back, and sides present you with the beautiful golden figure that only pops more in the light. With a similar tone to mahogany Koa is great for that traditional warm sound while it's own unique characteristics give it a beautiful top end too!

Taylor Electronics

On most Taylor's you can find their proprietary electronics, because they just work so well. On this acoustic you have the Baby Expression system which features 3 unique piezo sensors behind the saddle providing a great dynamic response. The preamp, features volume and tone controls as well as an ever handy built in tuner.

Graphtech Tusq Nut & Saddle

A perfect choice for your nut and saddle is the self lubricating Tusq material from Graphtech. This material provides a smooth surface for your strings to pass over keeping the strings lubricated as they do which reduces binding and therefore tuning issues.
