The Charvel Satchel Signature Pro-Mod DK22 in a Satin White Bengal is an absolute 80's showstopper. Built for Steel Panther's own Russ "Satchel" Parrish and while he is known for his comedic persona, this guitar much like his playing is serious business. Past the Satin Bengal finish, we have the makings of every great '80s style guitar. An alder body, a fast and stable maple neck, Floyd Rose tremolo, and a set of powerful humbuckers that can handle any '80s metal riff.
Features We Love:
Tiger Finish
There's no getting past it and it absolutely screams 80's hair metal. This White Bengal finish not only looks great but it feels great under your hands thanks to it being Satin. So on those long playing sessions, it never feels sticky.
Fishman Fluence
These Fishman Fluence Classic humbuckers have multiple voices, all of which are amazing in their own right (accessible via the push/pull on the volume pot). For the bridge, voice 1 has a vintage PAF-style sound with a higher output. Voice 2 is a hot rod tone for when more attitude is needed. As for the neck, once again voice 1 is PAF style and voice 2 is an exclusive neck tone with perfect balance.
Floyd Rose
Fitted with a Floyd Rose 1000 Series Double Locking Tremolo, all of your dive bombs and flutters are taken care of. The locking nut keeps you safely in tune while you drop pitch or raise those harmonics up high!
