The Gibson SG Supreme in Wine Red takes the classic SG and turns it up a level. Kitted out with extravagance you'll be hard pressed to find a corner cut here. A stunning figured maple top on the mahogany body is offset by the gold hardware to complete the opulent look. The new compound radius ebony fingerboard is adorned with a 2 octave 24 fret range to really help you hit every note needed. At the headstock we have an ornate Chandelier inlay inspired by a 1940s design found in the Gibson archives and this is matched with a set of gold locking Grover tuners. Amplifying all this we have a set of Burstbucker pro pickups with a pro plus in the bridge position!

Wood Selection
Gibson have gone all out with this SG here making sure it turns heads at every angle. The classic mahogany body is topped with a stunning AAA figured maple top which is only enhanced by it's transparent finish and gold hardware. The premium wood selection doesn't stop there though, at the neck we find an Ebony fingerboard to further increase that luxurious feel while you play.
Burstbucker Pro Pickups
These pickups are quite the favourite among Gibson fans and deliver exactly what you need. A great clear tone that can really push your amp in to natural overdrive when you need it. With the Pro Plus in the bridge you can cover everything from your classic PAF sounds to fully modern Rock tones!
24 Frets!
Quite the departure from your classic SG but making use of that well loved SG upper fret access this Supreme SG lets you tackle even more notes with 24 frets. What's more is Gibson have made playing up at the top notes just as fluid feeling as the first few frets with their compound radius!
