About Randy Rhoads Collection
Randy Rhoads Collection is a carefully chosen selection of guitars, amps and pedals that can help you achieve the famous sound of the hugely influential guitarist. Randy Rhoads was a pioneering guitarist and played in Quiet Riot but is probably best known for his time playing with Ozzy Osbourne on songs such as "Crazy Train".
Jackson currently offer several Randy Rhoads signature models to suit a number of price points and abilities. These guitars take their body shape from the iconic Concorde which was the first Jackson guitar. Designed by Randy Rhoads, Tim Wilson and Grover Jackson, it was an instrument that would forever change the electric guitar and guitar playing. Featuring a tremolo bridge and humbuckers in the neck and bridge position this was a guitar built for high-octane performance.
Other key parts of the Randy Rhoads Collection include the signature MXR Distortion+, an MXR 10 band EQ pedal, and Marshall amps, which was his amp brand of choice during his time playing with Ozzy. There are also Flying V guitars, another shape Rhoads liked such as with his Karl Sandoval build Dot V.
Fans of Randy Rhoads will appreciate this collection of guitar gear however any rock or metal guitarist will likely find something that can help to improve their tone or take it in a new and exciting direction. From gigging musicians to those who enjoy playing at home, there is something here for all levels of guitarists.
