About Fender Deluxe Stratocaster

The Fender Deluxe range features a few subtly different Stratocaster models. All feature cool finishes and a 70s-style large headstock. The Fender Deluxe Stratocaster is available in the traditional S-S-S pickup format or as an H-S-S with a Fender Twin Head humbucker at the bridge. Both models feature Fender Vintage noiseless single coil pickups. The Deluxe Strat has a modern 12" radius fingerboard for easy soloing and locking tuners to keep your wilder moments in check. This is an excellent choice for the gigging musician. It comes in finishes including Blizzard Pearl, Vintage Blonde and 2 Color Sunburst.

Also included in the range is the Roadhouse Strat. This guitar has all the features of the Deluxe plus an additional V6 switch and preamp (built into one of the tone knobs and powered by a battery). This provides access to 6 additional sounds, making the Roadhouse an exceptionally versatile guitar. It is available in a different set of finishes including Classic Copper and Mystic Ice Blue. We stock the Fender Deluxe Stratocaster in each of our stores, ready to try out and take home. The entire range is available for delivery online.

Frequently Asked Questions about Fender Deluxe Stratocaster

Question: Where is the Fender Deluxe Stratocaster made?
Fender Deluxe Series Stratocasters are made in Ensenada, Mexico.
Question: What is the mini switch on the Deluxe Stratocaster's pickguard for?
The little push-push button brings the bridge pickup into the mix on positions 4 and 5 of the 5 way selector. This is similar to a feature on the prestigious David Gilmour Signature Strat. It allows you to play through both the bridge and the neck pickup at the same time, something that most typical Strat circuits are unable to let you do.
Question: Do the Fender Noiseless pickups require a battery or any other type of external power?
No, Fender's Noiseless pickups work completely passively, requiring no extra power from any source in order to work. No need for batteries!
