The left handed EC-1000 in Vintage Black has all of the performance needed for the modern metal player. The single cut, 24.75" scale length, set neck design clearly takes inspiration from a classic model, but it's the refinements that are where ESP really shine. With some well placed contours in the body and sharpened edges, the Eclipse is less 'clunky' than it's competition. The mahogany body and neck have a prominent mid range to thicken up your tone but with all of the bite from the ebony fingerboard. With a TonePros TOM style bridge and tailpiece and two active EMG humbuckers, it's ferociousness and brutality is second to none.

EMG 81/60 Pickups
The guitar features a classic EMG 81/60 set. The 81 in the bridge position is one of the most popular pickups for rock and metal, it's loved for its tight and punchy tone that gives your rhythm playing a detailed quality and makes your leads sing beautifully!
