Steve Vai is one of the revered few on that short list of players who have changed the way we all think about what a guitar can really do. His signature Ibanez guitars are no different: Iconic, Sublime, Awe-Inspiring, Outrageous. The Ibanez JEM/UV Series models are designed to break boundaries.

Customer reviews

Overall Rating 4.7/5 (3 reviews)

The guitar itself is very good. However, it arrived straight from the warehouse in a completely unplayable state. I ended up contacting your support channels and then taking it in to my local store to get it setup properly. Luckily, the store were great and everything has worked out well, but it did mean that I had to wait an extra two weeks for the guitar to be in my hands, and had to make several long trips into Newcastle to get it done. I'd expect that if people are buying guitars online for multiple thousands of pounds, you'd ensure they had a decent setup before being delivered.
