What we say:

Recognised by working musicians the world over, this portable combo has shown up and made some noise on more stages than any other small valve combo.

Covered in black tolex and featuring an aged Silver grille cloth, the Fender Blues Junior is a stylish beast indeed. Lurking underneath this classic exterior is a 15w valve tone machine with a 12 inch Celestion A-type speaker.

This is a one channel amp with spring reverb and the addition of a ‘fat’ switch to boost certain midrange frequencies. The control panel is simplicity itself: alongside a full three band EQ, you get a Volume (for pushing the sound into overdrive), Reverb, Master and a switch to turn on the Fat! Nothing else is required to achieve some of that world class Fender clean tone.

15 watts is loud enough for small gigs, and lots of guitarists still take this along to bigger shows and simply mic it up. The Blues Junior takes pedals extremely well and is a high quality base for your tone. 5 tubes are stuffed into this baby so it sounds wonderful!

At 14kg this is light enough to be carried by its reinforced handle. This is the type of amp that every guitarist can make great use of.

Jack O. - 18/8/2021

Clean and roomy fender tone with excellent spring reverb. Simple setup, and the fat switch really provides a nice boost for soloing. Add in an overdrive pedal and you get a great crunchy distortion. Highly recommend.

Michael J. - 19/7/2021

Beautiful clean sounding amp. Works great with pedals however the packaging wasn't the best . It seemed like it had been opened already and repacked

Cameron A. - 30/4/2021

Really good little piece of kit, great sound that you only get from a valve amp

Sharon D. - 25/1/2021

Fantastic little valve amp.

Nicholas E. - 15/10/2020

Miles . - 14/5/2020

Fantastic. This sounds great. And it's so portable, but loud enough for me for band practice and small gigs. I still have my bigger amp for bigger venues. Love it.

Pete T. - 20/6/2019

Beautiful clean amp. Sounds great with an arch top

Dominic T. - 18/8/2018

Gary G. - 19/5/2018

Perfect for my needs. I tried other amps but this was most suitable.

Donald A. - 6/5/2018

I'm a beginner and just couldn't get some of the sounds I thought I was going to get. for ease of use and flexibility, I am probably going to go down the Mustang GT router Blackstar

Bruce C. - 2/5/2018

Just the tone I was after.
