What we say:
At A Glance:
The RevivalDRIVE by Origin Effects is a powerful dual-channel pedal that gives you the sound of a vintage amplifier. With a valve rectifier channel and a silicon rectifier channel, the RevivalDRIVE offers an insane amount of control over your tone and sounds amazing with whatever you're using it with, be it a guitar amp, FRFR speaker or direct to your computer.
Features We Love:
Valve Rectifier
The sound of a valve rectifier is synonymous with rock music, with a subtle compression, rich tone and controllable sag, this channel can take you from blues to metal with ease.
Silicon Rectifier
Silicon rectifiers are loved for their tight sound that offers lots of headroom and low sag, which is ideal for fast playing and where dynamics are important.
Ghost control
The Ghost control allows you to dial in the "ghosting" sound that occurs when you crank a vintage amplifier. These dissonant ghost notes occur as a result of interaction between your playing and the vintage AC mains power supply. It's a characteristic that's unique to vintage amplifiers and the RevivalDRIVE is the only way to access that sound with a pedal.
Post-Drive EQ
The Post-Drive EQ circuit lets you quickly fine-tune the sound of the pedal to work with your amplifier, so you don't need to compromise your clean tone.
Highlights:
- Two channels of authentic vintage amp tones
- High-impedance buffered bypass with silent switching
- Designed and built in England
