Acoustic guitar virtuoso, Jon Gomm, will grace guitarguitar with his stupendous clinics once again. From a modest professional to a viral sensation, Jon’s career is what every guitarist’s dreams are made of!
Jon Gomm is a solo singer-songwriter based in Yorkshire and is best known for his unique approach to the instrument. This involves multilayered, complex sounds made from slapping, tapping and re-tuning as he plays. A one-man band creating an orchestra of sonic feast all from a single acoustic guitar. Once you see him perform, you will never forget it!
Jon will be playing songs and showcasing a play-through of his mind-blowing techniques. He will be talking about how he helped develop the Sonnet range of acoustic amps with the phenomenal team at Blackstar amplification. Jon is a passionate teacher and an all-round great human and is always happy to answer any questions the audience may ask, from songwriting to mental health.

Jon will be visiting 2 guitarguitar locations: Birmingham on March 23rd and Camden on March 28th. The clinic starts at 7:00 PM and will take a form half-way between a gig and a Q&A. These nights will be packed and spaces are limited so get your free slots booked asap!
