The Modern D neck is a now popular profile for the American Ultra range. Slim but comfortable, this profile comes paired with a 10"-14" Compound radius, 'Ultra' rolled fingerboard edges and a tapered neck heel. This package makes your playing effortless across the entire fretboard and ensures you can play for hours without even realising it.

Ultra Electronics

The new Ultra II Noiseless pickups keep that signature Fender tone and character while removing the dreaded single-coil hum. Each set in the range is custom designed and wound to bring out the best from the Ultra models. Pair them with an S1 switching system to add the Neck pickup into any position, and you have a Stratocaster that is able to tackle anything you throw at it. The inclusion of a Haymaker Humbucker in the bridge provides an extra layer of punch and bite.
