When introduced in 1976 by the original Music Man Company, the StingRay immediately became a universal favourite of bassists worldwide. The StingRay was the first production bass to feature active electronics and the trademark 3+1 turning key headstock configuration. Many refinements have been made, including a six-bolt neck attachment, contoured body, superior neck truss-rod system, improved bridge and quieter electronics.

Body: 4 out of 5 - Item shows some mild and/or minor signs of use such as superficial swirling or hazing to the finish. There are no substantial dings, dents or scuffs which break the finish
Neck: 4 out of 5 - The frets are in good order and the instrument plays cleanly and intonates accurately across the fingerboard.
Additional Information: This Music Man has come to us in great condition with only some light hazing across the top and some faint buckle rash.
