The ESP LTD GH-600 Gary Holt Black is perfect for Holt's tight, hi gain riffing and screaming lead playing. The guitar not only looks fitting at a Slayer concert in the gloss black finish with blood red pickups and binding, but loaded with a pair of EMG's, a Floyd Rose double-locking trem and routing around the neck for easy access to the higher frets, this is very much a purpose built instrument. The pickups also feature a coil splitter by pulling on the volume pot to access those eerie clean sounds.

EMG 81/89R Pickups

First things first you can't miss these bright red EMG's! In the bridge position you have the iconic EMG 81 perfect for any overdriven tone you can imagine. A departure from what most know as classic EMG combos is the 89 in the neck. This pickup although similar to the 85 can be split to reproduce some classic EMG tones similar to the single coil SA pickup.

Floyd Rose

The Floyd Rose 1000 is an exceptional unit, designed to withstand the deepest of dive bombs and the sharpest of rises and remain true to pitch.

Slim, Fast Neck Profile

The GH-600's thin U shape neck is slim, but not so thin that it leaves you looking to grasp at more. Somewhat of a classic feature to ESP guitars, it will satisfy both the guitarist new to the brand or someone who is well accustomed to the sleek neck shape.
