The Gretsch Viking is a real vintage oddity. Perhaps the most unique features is a 440hz tuning fork attached to the unique roller bridge which can provide a sympathetic A note under everything you play, provided you’re in a key that includes A. Slanted frets help to accomodate the intonation from this bridge, and a switchable muffler lets you deaden the strings for vintage tone. With a Bigsby and SuperTron pickups this guitar also has plenty of classic Gretsch mojo.

Body: 4 out of 5 - Item shows some mild and/or minor signs of use such as superficial swirling or hazing to the finish. There are no substantial dings, dents or scuffs which break the finish.
Neck: 4 out of 5 - The frets are in good order and the instrument plays cleanly and intonates accurately across the fingerboard.
Additional Information: This guitar came to us in great condition considering its age. Lots of finish dinks and aging on the hardware due to its age. Plays cleanly across the fingerboard.
This guitar has been restrung with D'Addario strings.
