On the clr setting only according to the manual the master control shouldn’t control the volume but it does? Some crackling heard when turning blend from direct to mic when on clr setting? Otherwise an impressive little amplifier.

I am so pleased with this little amp. If you want a nice quality sound from your accoustic guitar (fingers excepted) this is for you. Can be used also for the electric. I couldn't make a negative comment about this. I have it for home but it's capable of a lot more. For the price it can only be 5 stars.

These amps are superb, I've owned the the5a before and repurchased it again from guitar guitar. They are super little amps and just add to the sound of your acoustic guitar. I play a Taylor 814ce, and a Martin 0017s black smoke. Both sound fantastic through this little amp. I would thoroughly recommend.
