Rotosound and guitarguitar are proud to announce Billy Sheehan’s only UK 2014 clinics, to be held at our Epsom store on the 16th September and Birmingham store on the 17th September. These exclusive UK dates with the legendary bass man will be free to enter and a fantastic opportunity to see Billy demonstrate his considerable bass playing techniques.

Billy’s unique and original style of playing has been celebrated by fans worldwide. His history of live performances and/or recordings include playing with Talas, UFO, David Lee Roth, Mr. Big, Niacin and Steve Vai. More recently he has been busy touring with Winery Dogs alongside Mike Portnoy and Richie Kotzen.  He has also just recorded the new Mr Big album called “The Stories We Could Tell” which is schedule for release in September 2014 via Frontiers Records.

The clinics will feature a live performance from Billy, a question and answer session plus a meet and greet with great opportunities to get his autograph. This is an amazing chance to see up close one of the world’s most technically accomplished bass players demonstrate the skills that have made him the master of hard rock low end. The sessions are free to attend, however capacity is limited at each store and attendees should arrive early to be sure of a space.

Billy has been a Rotosound endorsee for over 25 years and his signature stainless steel roundwound strings have helped shaped his unique sound.
