On Friday the 3rd of November, we were over the moon to welcome Intervals' guitar legend, Aaron Marshall into our Glasgow store for a Suhr clinic exhibiting one of our favourite brands. With Aaron's unbelievable playing and a huge range of gorgeous Suhr's on display, we knew this was due to be a special night for Glasgow's prog guitarists; but even we didn't expect just how much we would enjoy the event! As enthused as us about the craftsmanship, playability, feel and sound from his weapon of choice, a stunning Suhr Modern, Aaron ran through some of his tracks while taking questions from the keen hoard of people that had gathered in store. With an arsenal full of blisteringly fast, painfully complex riffs and runs, Aaron was hypnotising to watch and had the full room in awe at his playing.
We were lucky enough to get the chance to chat with Aaron before his performance, discussing touring, writing, rehearsing and everything in between. We had a great time chatting with him and a few of us were even able to get along to the Intervals gig, which was every bit as impressive as his clinic!
