The SG is generally sought out by players who enjoy the signature thick Gibson sound but find the likes of a Les Paul too heavy or lacking upper fret access. The thinner mahogany body and double cutaway design of this model encourages long, creative sessions of playing.

Body: 4 out of 5 - Item shows some mild and/or minor signs of use such as superficial swirling or hazing to the finish. There are no substantial dings, dents or scuffs which break the finish.
Neck: 4 out of 5 - The frets are in good order and the instrument plays cleanly and intonates accurately across the fingerboard.
Additional Information: This guitar comes to us in good condition, there are a few small dings to to the wood, mainly in the top of the body, as well as a very light inch-long scratch on the back. Otherwise, everything works as it should
This guitar has been restrung with D'Addario strings.
